As the tourist trade grows and people are travelling more and more, their expectations of the quality of the resort and holiday naturally grows higher and higher.

All resorts within the RCI Portfolio are evaluated on a yearly basis; RCI and RCI Points members whom have stayed at the resort give the marks. Awards are given on the 1st September every year to the resorts that have attainted the minimum requirements. These awards are based completely on comment cards that are returned from visiting RCI and RCI Points members, achieving the marks to attain the awards are extremely tough to get.

Our success completely depends on your positive feedback not just verbally but also on the RCI questionnaires, so please send them as soon as you return home.
